This form is for people who have experienced problems accessing, completing or submitting a response to Argyll and Bute Council’s official Helensburgh Waterfront consultation.

This is not the official consultation form, and it does not replace your response to Argyll and Bute Council. If you want your view to be counted in the consultation, you must submit your response directly to the Council before the consultation closes.

Helensburgh Community Council will use the information submitted here to identify whether there are recurring barriers, technical issues, accessibility problems or process concerns affecting people’s ability to take part in the consultation. We may raise these issues with Argyll and Bute Council or other relevant bodies.

How we will use your information

Helensburgh Community Council will use the information you provide to understand and evidence problems people may be experiencing when trying to access, complete or submit a response to Argyll and Bute Council’s official Helensburgh Waterfront consultation.

We may use your submission to identify recurring issues, prepare summaries, contact Argyll and Bute Council, or, where appropriate, raise concerns with relevant advisers, regulators or public bodies.

We ask for limited information so we can understand what happened, when it happened, and whether the issue affected people trying to take part in the consultation. Please do not include sensitive personal information about yourself or anyone else unless it is necessary to explain the problem you experienced.

We will restrict access to submissions to authorised HCC representatives and advisers. We will not publish your name, address, email address or other identifying details without your explicit permission. Where possible, we will use anonymised or aggregated information when reporting issues.

Submitting this form does not count as a response to the official consultation. You should still respond directly to Argyll and Bute Council if you want your view to be considered as part of the consultation.
