Helensburgh Community Council is proud to be a partner at this event:

The community council organised a beach clean in April that was well attended by other volunteers and we managed to clean a significant area of the beach.  Drumfork farm had kindly dragged the beach beforehand with their tractor and so there was a mass of seaweed/rubbish to be removed from the pier corner of the beach.  We removed over 200 bags!

There’s still more to do – watch this space for the next beach clean date.

Thanks to everyone who was able to attend.
